Saturday Shape Up

A lot of people use Saturday as time to clean, organize, catch up around the house, exercise, etc. I will try to post tips to make these tasks more manageable, simpler or maybe even more fun!

Easter is upon us! My children get Easter baskets each year. Instead of buying new baskets they use the same one each year. Sunday morning they find their basket, go through it, have their picture taken and then empty the baskets out. I then put the baskets away--into a plastic storage tote. I can "nest" the baskets so that they consume less room in the tote. The totes are then put in the hallway so I can put away the rest of the decorations the following day. Having the baskets put away by the end of the day creates less clutter and one less thing to worry such as where it went-- if the kiddos decide to take it to their room.
